None the Cat needs a home

My friend took this cat I found as I already had multiple pets. Her name is Quinn, she is about 8 pounds, five years old. She is a black and white domestic short hair. She has been fixed. She is very low maintenence and LOVES to cuddle. My friends apartment changed a policy and are telling him he has to get rid of her within a week. The one thing is that she needs to be a lone animal as she doesn't get along with other cats. Please if somebody can help it would be great! Very sad about all this cat has had to go through.
